1. General
> I have the right to decline any request if it is outside my expertise, the queue is full, or there are health issues that affect my work. (I'll inform)
> Each work takes around 1-2 week to finish after the brief is confirmed and payment is received.
> All commissions must be submitted via Email with clear visual references, intended usage, and project requirements.
> All of the commission work will be shown in my portfolio and shown as example for other customers on the public site (if the client does not want to publish, you can tell me in advance).
> Rush order will cost 50% more of base price

3. Process & Revisions
> Briefing: client must provide clear details and visual references (e.g. character sheet, colour palettes, pose, outfit), and provide the purpose of the commission work (personal use / commercial use).
> Once the brief is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to the client for the 50% upfront deposit.
> After deposit: the workflow will proceed in defined stages:
--> Sketch: Major compositional, pose, and layout adjustments.
--> Lineart & Flat Colouring Phase: Structural adjustments and colour palette approval.
--> Rendering Phase: Lighting and colour balancing
> You can make revisions up to 2 rounds during the Sketch Phase.
> Minor colour adjustments in Lineart & Flat Colouring Phase are allowed (free)
> Any further or major revisions after the Sketch Phase will cost 100 THB/revision
> Final files will be digitally delivered, provided with 300 DPI high-resolution PNG/JPG and/or vector PDF. Raw project files (PSD, CLIP, AI) are not included.

4. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
> A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final image approval, before full-resolution, unwatermarked files are delivered.
> Payments are accepted via Thai Bank Transfer / PromptPay / PayPal / Stripe.
> All rates are quoted and billed in THB.
> Refund of the deposit can not be issued once the sketching phase has begun. If the commission is cancelled mid-process by the client, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the progress made (between 50-100% of the total price).
> If the artist cancels the commission for any reason, a 100% refund will be issued.
> In the event of a cancellation by the client during the sketch phase, the client does not retain any rights to the drafted artwork. The client is strictly prohibited from saving, tracing, completing, or using the unfinished sketch in any way.

5. Copyright & Usage
> Personal Use: The client can use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., profile pictures, social media posts, personal printing). Proper credit to the artist (@A_1chiShirayuki) is required whenever the artwork is posted publicly.
> Commercial Use: If the artwork is used for profit (e.g., merchandise, book covers, VTuber models, promotional materials), the client must inform the artist during the briefing phase. Commercial use will be x2 of the base price.
> Artist's Rights: I retain the full copyright of the artwork. All of the commission work will be shown in my portfolio (with watermark) and shown as example for other customers on the public site (with watermark). If the client does not want to publish, you can tell me in advance.
> Strict Prohibitions: The artwork MUST NOT be used for AI image generation training, traced, altered without permission, or minted as an NFT.

6. Communication
> Primary Channels: All official commission communication must take place via Email / Twitter DM. Please do not send project details or revision requests through other social media platforms to prevent lost information.
> Response Time: I will typically respond to messages within 48 hours during my regular working days (Monday – Friday).
> Work In Progress (WIP) Updates: I will provide updates during the sketch, lineart, and base colour phases. Please do not repeatedly message asking for daily updates, as this slows down the drawing process.

7. Inactivity & Ghosting
> Before paying the deposit: Once an invoice or payment link is sent, the client has 48 hours to complete the transaction. If payment is not received within this timeframe and no extension has been requested, the commission slot will be automatically canceled and given to the next person in the queue.
> When a Work In Progress (WIP) is sent for approval, the client is expected to reply within 3 days. If the client fails to respond within this timeframe, their commission will be temporarily paused and moved to the back of the queue. Work will only resume once the client replies and my schedule permits.
> Prolonged Ghosting: If a client becomes completely unresponsive for more than 15 days without prior notice, the commission will be considered abandoned. The project will be permanently closed, and no refunds will be issued for any work that has already been completed or started. To reopen an abandoned project, the client must rejoin the waitlist and may be subject to a restart fee.
> Artist Inactivity (Protecting the Client) If I encounter a personal emergency, illness or technical issue that has the potential to prevent me from working or communicating with the client, I'll notify the client as soon as possible, and I will offer the option to revise the timeline or a full refund.

2. My main focus is on the colouring process; standalone line art or a TV anime-like style will have a bit of a messy vibe in it.
